Small Batch Production

At our olive farm, we're serious about freshness. That's why we pick and press our olives right after they're harvested. Unlike most olive oil on the shelf our Ice Pressed® extra virgin olive oil is minimally processed. We vacuum seal each batch up tight until it's time to bottle, so you can taste the difference in every drop. When it's time to buy olive oil, look for raw, unrefined olive oil.
