Authentic Greek Village Salad - Horiatiki

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 fresh ripe tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 cucumber, sliced and halved
  • 1 small red onion, sliced 
  • 1 cup Kalamata or Black Olives 
  • 1/2 cup Goat Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • Optional - 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • Optional - 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • Optional - 1/2 cup pepperoncini

Dressing

  • 6-8 tbsp Rallis Ice Pressed® Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dried Greek oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

In a bowl, mix together the dressing and set aside. 

Place chopped vegetables and feta cheese into your favourite bowl. Drizzle with freshly prepared dressing.  Serve and enjoy!
