Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
- 2 ripe pears, peeled and diced
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp, fresh lemon or lime juice
- 2 tbsp, Rallis Ice Pressed® Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp, ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp, hemp hearts
- 1 pinch, salt
- 1 tsp, maple syrup, optional
Instructions:
- Add hemp hearts, water, salt, cardamom and Rallis Ice Pressed® Olive Oil to blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Add pears, mangos and lemon juice. Option to add maple syrup for additional sweetness and ice for a cooler temp.
- Blend until smooth and creamy Enjoy!
