Mango & Pear Smoothie


  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp, fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 2 tbsp, Rallis Ice Pressed® Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp, ground cardamom
  • 2 tbsp, hemp hearts
  • 1 pinch, salt
  • 1 tsp, maple syrup, optional


  1. Add hemp hearts, water, salt, cardamom and Rallis Ice Pressed® Olive Oil to blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Add pears, mangos and lemon juice. Option to add maple syrup for additional sweetness and ice for a cooler temp.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy Enjoy!
